Soumya Parisa
International Student Liaison

Born and raised in India, Soumya was called into the ministry as a young child in the church she grew up in. For several years, she served in the youth ministry and the worship ministry. Soumya moved to the US in 2014 to study. She became involved with Vine Church through a small group in 2018. Every week, she leads a service for internationals and also works with American and International college students at Troy University. She loves getting to know the students, praying for them daily, and seeing them grow in their walk with the Lord. One of her passions is cooking food from her home country of India and sharing that part of her culture with others. Soumya is currently pursuing her Ph. D. in Christian counseling, and hopes to use that as a ministry for others.
