Born and raised in Louisiana, Trey grew up on a lake where he spent his days wrestling alligators, setting yo-yo lines for unsuspecting fish, and learning the art of gumbo making. As a south Alabama girl, Emily spent her time singing, acting, and becoming a writer. In 2014, Trey and Emily moved to Troy and later fell in love with their Vine Church family. Trey and Emily recently welcomed their first child, their daughter Jubilee. In the community, Trey is a middle school English teacher with a desire to raise up leaders and see people walk out the anointing God has given them. Emily is currently a stay-at-home mom enjoying the newborn season and preparing to put her degree in counseling to use. Trey and Emily love to love people, and their true calling is to love and encourage the hearts of those they encounter every day.
